Lots of changes happened recently. I quit by job in June then spent the summer house, pet, and kid sitting. I had time to craft and it was amazing! I highly recommend quitting your job:D
I’m now temping and really enjoying it, it’s new field for me, but I’m learning. The people I work with are so kind and helpful, something I’m not used to with a few wonderful exceptions.
I opened my etsy store this past August, haven’t made a sale but I’m hoping! I also became a Young Living essential oils seller. These oils are amazing. If interested in them, contact me.
So here’s to new beginnings, I look forward to whatever comes my way.
A seasonal plea:
Homelessness and need don’t only happen at holiday time. I am so grateful to everyone that helped me in donating to CASPAR this past December, but the need continues all year round. So in doing some spring cleaning or summer buying if you could help these populations, please do.
A summertime need:
I am putting together a drive for CASPAR (http://www.casparinc.org/) and collecting new or gently used bath towels and NEW sheets – twin size for their emergency shelters around the Cambridge/Somerville area. This is the same place that I am collecting toiletries for on an ongoing basis. So please let me know if you can donate any of these items and I will make arrangements for them to be picked up and delivered to CASPAR.
Thank you for your generosity! — feeling accomplished.
This is part of my involvement in the Joining Project!
Pics added soon. I think it came out well. I even added a pocket to one side!
Love the colors!
